Summit Play Sustain 2025 – RE: FORM OF FASHION
One of the most important events for entrepreneurs and fashion market leaders in Poland. This year’s installment focuses on the entire value chain – from design and manufacturing, to innovative technologies, to hybrid business models and circular solutions to support industry transformation.
This is a unique meeting space, conducive to the exchange of experiences and the presentation of the latest trends and practices.

selected the winners of this year’s hackathon. Out of 9 gamifying teams, the 3 best ideas for activities/product that have the potential to positively influence the understanding of the circular economy and the shopping habits of young people (18-29) were selected, according to the jury.

Report “Value and Quality of Polish Fashion”
This year’s report Ecodesign in Polish fashion was born out of the conviction that the Polish fashion industry today stands at a turning point, among other things, by:
- Strong “islands of competence,” however, lack broad technological scale,
- Human capital and craftsmanship: high quality workmanship where cadres still exist; at the same time, declining replacement of generations.
Understanding this transformation requires dialogue, cooperation and the courage to think.
The project “Ecodesign. Quality and value of Polish fashion” – we address to those who design, produce, distribute, buy fashion. To those who choose the circular future of fashion.

Is admission free to all events? 
Yes – participation in the hackathon (28.10.2025, SGH) and the entire conference program (29.10.2025, ASP) as part of Summit Play Sustain is free of charge.
The only condition for participation is pre-registration through the form.
For those who will not be able to appear in person at ASP, we will prepare a live broadcast. Streaming will also be available after free registration.
What does it take to participate in the Hackathon?
Hackathon is a special event during Summit Play Sustain. All creative people who want to face the challenges of the fashion industry and support solutions for a green planet with their knowledge and ideas are invited to participate.

Are you planning on streaming Summit Play Sustain 2025?
Yes, our event is being implemented hybrid. The main program on 29.10.2025 will be streamed live on Play Sustain’s social media channels and will be available upon free advance registration.
Where exactly will the conference be held?
Summit Play Sustain 2025 will last two days at different locations in Warsaw:
Day 1 – October 28, 2025
Warsaw School of Economics, Main Building, 162 Niepodległości Avenue (Mokotow district).
Access by public transportation: the M1 Pole Mokotowskie subway station is right next to the entrance. There are also bus and streetcar stops nearby (Niepodległości Avenue, Pole Mokotowskie).
Day 2 – October 29, 2025
Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Wybrzeze Kosciuszkowskie 37 (Downtown district, on the Vistula River).
Access by public transportation: the nearest subway station M2 Copernicus Science Center is about 5 minutes walk from the entrance. There are also bus stops nearby (Copernicus Science Center, Kosciuszko Coast).
Who can participate?
Summit Play Sustain is open to all individuals and organizations involved in the development of a sustainable apparel industry and interested in the topic of the circular economy (CEE).
The event is aimed at, among others:
- garment manufacturers and sewing factories,
- suppliers of raw materials and supplies,
- distributors and logistics companies,
- Retail representatives (stationary stores, e-commerce),
- marketing and sales professionals,
- designers and fashion designers,
- experts and practitioners of eco-design and technological innovation,
- Representatives of the government and local administration,
- scientists, students and scientific circles,
- organizations and companies building a circular economy.
This is a space for anyone who wants to exchange experiences, gain knowledge and co-create the future of fashion in the spirit of circularity.
